Jack Chan, the Executive Chinese Chef at Celestial Court, has over 30 years of culinary experience, beginning his career in 1992 as an apprentice and working across four hotels before joining the Sheraton Hong Kong in 2017. Born into a family with a traditional dried seafood business in Sheung Wan, he developed a deep knowledge of gourmet ingredients from a young age. Inspired by his first Executive Chef, Jack honed his skills in Cantonese cuisine, emphasizing innovation, balance of flavors, textures, and presentation. His leadership has earned the restaurant consistent Michelin Plate recognition since 2009 and a one-diamond rating in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide for six consecutive years, focusing on sustainable sourcing and high-quality execution.
