Anne-Sophie Pic, born into a renowned French culinary family in Valence, initially studied business and lived in Asia, including Hong Kong, before taking over Maison Pic in 1997 after her father’s death. She restored its third Michelin star in 2007, amassing 10 Michelin stars globally, the most for any female chef. Her “Imprégnation” philosophy uses marination and infusion for balanced, aromatic dishes.
