The opulent dining room, adorned with glittering crystal chandeliers and ornate mirrors provides an apt setting for Chef Anne-Sophie Nicolas’s haute cuisine and accompanying fine wines.
Born in Clermont-Ferrand, France, with over 15 years of elite experience, is the first female chef de cuisine at Gaddi's since its 1953 opening. She honed her skills at Michelin-starred venues including Le Meurice Paris, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Étoile, Restaurant Guy Savoy, and Ritz Paris, and served as Chef de Cuisine at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Hong Kong, contributing to three Michelin stars. Appointed in May 2024, Nicolas blends French heritage with premium global ingredients for innovative, artistic dishes that honor Gaddi's legacy while introducing creative twists, drawing from her artistic passion for painting to create visually stunning plates.
