Eric Räty
Eric Räty is the Chef and Owner of Arbor restaurant in Hong Kong. He began his culinary career in 2005 in Helsinki, Finland, studying at the Perho Restaurant School while simultaneously starting as a dishwasher. Räty trained in top kitchens in Europe including Chez Dominique in Helsinki and Aqua in Germany, before moving to Asia in 2014. At Arbor, he blends Nordic precision with Asian ingredients, creating elegant, nature-inspired dishes that have earned him international acclaim.
