Executive Chef
Romain Dupeyre
French chef from Nice, began his culinary journey at 15 as an apprentice at the two-Michelin-starred La Chèvre d’Or. With over two decades of experience in prestigious kitchens across France and Asia, he later served as head chef at the one-Michelin-starred Petrus in Hong Kong. In 2022, he co-founded Racines in Hong Kong, a restaurant focused on modern interpretations of southern French cuisine. His emphasis on seasonal ingredients and technical creativity contributed to Racines earning a Michelin star within its first year.
