Simon Rogan
Simon Rogan, born in 1967 in Southampton, England, started his culinary career at 17, training under Paul Norman and Jean-Christophe Novelli. He opened L’Enclume in 2002, earning three Michelin stars by 2022 with his 25-acre farm driving the farm-to-table movement. Awarded an MBE in 2024, Rogan expanded with Roganic London (2011, one star), Aulis globally, and Roganic Hong Kong (2019, one Michelin star, Green Star 2021).
