A multi-talented Hong Kong chef with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, USA, where he honed his skills before immersing himself in Vietnam's culinary culture for seven years starting in 2017, falling in love with wood-fired cooking traditions from ethnic hill tribes. Joining Lai Sun Dining in 2022, he conceptualized and launched Sếp in November 2022, integrating his artistic background and culinary expertise to create a fine yet casual dining experience that tells stories through flavors and textures.
