Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef at The Peninsula Hong Kong, draws inspiration from his deep knowledge of Chinese and Asian culinary traditions, having honed his skills for over two decades in acclaimed restaurants across Hong Kong, Macau, and Beijing; appointed to lead Spring Moon, he blends authenticity and seasonality with classic Cantonese techniques and contemporary presentations to highlight inherent flavors, maintaining the restaurant's Michelin star status since 2017 through uncompromising use of fresh ingredients and innovative dishes that elevate traditional fare.

Dress Code
Smart Casual for all guests – Please refrain from wearing sports attire (including vests, short exercise pants and short sports leggings) or beachwear (including flip-flops, beach sandals and plastic footwear). Knee-length shorts, jeans, t-shirts and sneakers are acceptable during lunch periods. During dinner period, closed-toe shoes, long trousers and sleeved shirts are required for gentlemen.
