Liu Zhen 劉震
Trained at the Chinese Culinary Institute where he studied various schools of Chinese cuisine, has a wealth of knowledge in Chinese dining. After graduation, he entered the culinary industry and served as Executive Chef at several five-star hotels for many years. At Yong Fu Hong Kong since its 2019 opening, Liu blends Ningbo traditions with Hong Kong influences, using exquisite skills to create innovative Jiangnan dishes that earned the restaurant one Michelin star, emphasizing fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, and authentic flavors while pushing Ningbo food culture forward.
